This privacy policy and terms of use govern your use of the software application Oximetro Digital for mobile devices that was created by Argentina Developers. The Application is a tool designed to help users track, monitor, and record their blood oxygen saturation (SpO2) levels and heart rate.

IMPORTANT: MEDICAL DISCLAIMER AND HARDWARE REQUIREMENT

Hardware Requirement: The Application is designed to work exclusively with a specific external Bluetooth device. The Application WILL NOT function, measure, or provide any readings without this connected hardware. If you do not have the device and wish to purchase one, please contact us at argentina.developers@gmail.com.
Not a Medical Device: The Application and the associated Bluetooth device are NOT medical devices. They are intended strictly for general fitness, wellness, and informational purposes only. They are not intended to be used in the diagnosis, cure, mitigation, treatment, or prevention of any disease or medical condition.
Limitation of Liability: The information and readings provided by the Application are not guaranteed to be 100% accurate and should not be relied upon for making medical or health-related decisions. Always consult with a qualified healthcare professional or physician for medical advice, diagnoses, or treatment. Argentina Developers expressly disclaims any and all liability for any erroneous readings, inaccuracies, or any direct or indirect harm, injuries, or damages resulting from the use of, or reliance on, the information provided by the Application.

What information does the Application obtain and how is it used?

HEALTH DATA ACCESS, COLLECTION, AND USAGE (IMPORTANT DISCLOSURE)

Given the nature of the Application (Oximetro Digital), we access, collect, and use specific Health Data to provide the core functionality of the app.

Data Collected: The Application collects health-related data, specifically blood oxygen saturation (SpO2) levels, heart rate (pulse), and the dates/times of these measurements.
How it is Collected: This Health Data is obtained when you sync data from an external Bluetooth oximeter device connected to your mobile phone.
Usage: This Health Data is used strictly to provide you with the app's features: displaying your current readings, generating charts, and maintaining a personal history of your health metrics within the Application.
Sharing and Advertising: We DO NOT sell, rent, or share your Health Data with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes. Your Health Data is NOT used to serve targeted advertisements.
Storage: All Health Data is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to our servers or any external service.

No Registration Required (User Provided Information)

The Application does not require you to create an account, register, or provide any personally identifiable information (such as your name, email address, phone number, or password) to use it. We do not directly collect, request, or store personal contact information.
Automatically Collected Information

The Application may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device you use, your mobile devices unique device ID, the IP address of your mobile device, your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browsers you use, and information about the way you use the Application.

Does the Application collect precise real time location information of the device?

When you use the mobile application, third-party advertising services may use GPS technology (or other similar technology) to determine your non-precise location in order to display relevant advertisements. We (Argentina Developers) do not store or share your location with other users. If you do not want your location used for advertising purposes, you should turn off the location services for the mobile application in your mobile phone settings.

Do third parties see and/or have access to information obtained by the Application?

Only aggregated, anonymized data (excluding Health Data) may be periodically transmitted to external services to help us improve the Application and serve advertisements.

We may disclose Automatically Collected Information:

as required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena, or similar legal process;
when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request;
if Argentina Developers is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of its assets, you will be notified via a prominent notice of any change in ownership or uses of this information.
to advertisers and third party advertising networks and analytics companies as described in the section below (Note: Health Data is strictly excluded from being shared with advertisers).

Automatic Data Collection and Advertising (Third-Party Services)

The Application uses third-party services for advertising purposes. We use Google AdMob to display embedded advertisements within the Application.

While we (Argentina Developers) do not directly collect personal information to serve you ads, AdMob may collect and use certain information automatically (such as your device's Advertising ID, IP address, and non-precise location) to provide personalized or non-personalized advertisements.

Please note that we DO NOT share your Health Data with AdMob or any other advertising network. Health Data is strictly excluded from any advertising purposes.

What are my opt-out rights?

You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling the Application. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device. You can also opt-out of personalized advertising by adjusting your device's ad tracking settings (e.g., "Opt out of Ads Personalization" or "Delete advertising ID" on Android).

Data Retention Policy, Managing Your Information

Since the Application does not require user registration, we do not retain personal profile data on any servers. All your Health Data is saved exclusively on your local device and is retained for as long as you keep the Application installed. If you wish to delete your Health Data, you can simply clear the Application's data in your phone's settings or uninstall the Application. We will retain Automatically Collected analytics/advertising information for up to 24 months and thereafter may store it in aggregate.

Children

We do not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13. Since we do not collect personal registration information, we do not hold personal data of children. If a parent or guardian has concerns, they can contact us at argentina.developers@gmail.com.

Security

We are concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. All Health Data remains securely on your local device. We provide physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect the limited analytics information we process and maintain.

Changes

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.

Your Consent

By using the Application, you are consenting to our processing of your information as set forth in this Privacy Policy now and as amended by us. "Processing" means using cookies on a computer/hand held device or using or touching information in any way, including, but not limited to, collecting, storing, deleting, using, combining and disclosing information.
